In order for students to be able to login to BrainPop they have to be part of a class in BrainPop. You can choose to add them manually or follow these instructions to import them from Google Classroom. It will take about 5 minutes to go through these steps.
Start in Aeries, find Class Summary on the Home screen and locate the Aeries class in the list. On the right end is an Add Website button, click on that.
If you already have a Google Classroom click on the Link button to connect it to your Aeries class. If not, click on the Create button under Google Classroom Options.
Wait a few seconds for the response that the classroom has been created. It will take a few minutes for all the students to load into this new Google Classroom. Let's head over to Classroom and watch.
Wait for the number of students to match your roster.
Now we need to go to BrainPop and import the class from Google Classroom. Full instructions are here, but you can follow this summary below. Best way to get there is through Classlink. Head on over to Classlink and click on any BrainPop icon.
Once in BrainPop click on Dashboard in the top navigation.
Now click on the Import New Classes button.
In the dialog window pop up check off the Google classroom you would like to import. If you have more than one make sure you pick the one just created above or that you linked above in Aeries. The name should match what you see in Classroom.
Confirm you want to import and then finish the import.
Your students can now login to BrainPop!
