Q: What happened? I was getting those Ready Check Go emails, but they stopped showing up!
A: They're ending up in your Spam folder. (Gmail decided that they were spam--even if you didn't mark the emails as spam.)
Here's how to tell your email app that these messages aren't spam.
- In Gmail (or any email app), open your spam folder. It may be hidden under the More section.
- Find the Prescreener email. Right click on the message, and choose Not Spam.
- Make sure it works! Complete the prescreener Form once more to see if you now get the automated response.
