There are times when you may need to have your chromebook removed from LCUSD management.
- You have replaced the device and are now using a different device for school.
- You have moved out of the LCUSD district. (we are sorry to see you go)
This is a two step process:
- A LCUSD tech will need to remove the device from management
- You will need to wipe the chromebook
Please submit a support ticket , include the serial number of the device and LCUSD student email to start the process. We will then contact you when it is time for you to complete step 2 above.
