Parents and guardians can sign up for regular email updates including assigned work, missing work, and other information from your student's Google Classroom.
A teacher who uses Guardian Summaries will generate an invitation to your email address within their Google Classroom dashboard. You may get an invitation, but you can choose whether to receive these summaries. LCE 6th grade teacher Lisa Fungo created a simple guide to accepting the invitation:

What the subject line says: Get Google Classroom email summaries for (student name)
What you do: Click the blue accept button in the body of the email.
If you have a Google account, you will be asked if you would like weekly, daily, or no summaries.
If you do not have a Google account, you will receive weekly summaries.
